about this art of mastering their emotions, often let wrong emotions overpower them, and react
impulsively rather than respond thus, entering into a deeper pool of conflict, confusion, and utter
chaos.

emotional control with suppression. Channelise your feelings effectively. You are not a
mechanical robot without any feeling; stay rooted, and take charge of your actions wisely. This is
the perfect balance anticipated from wise leaders, healers, and artists. And you are the artist of

Don’t be a rabbit or chicken hearted before mad dogs. In the storm of unwanted situations,
we develop fear that overwhelms us. We enter into futile overthinking and thus, act irrationally
